Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 🍓
    3 cups heavy whipping cream 🥛
    1/2 cup powdered sugar 🍬
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🍦
    2 packages of vanilla wafer cookies or graham crackers 🍪
    Whipped cream (for topping) 🍦
    Whole strawberries (for garnish) 🍓

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. 🥄
    Gently fold in half of the sliced strawberries into the whipped cream. 🍓
  • In a trifle dish or a large rectangular dish, start with a layer of vanilla wafer cookies or graham crackers at the bottom. 🍪
    Spread a layer of the strawberry whipped cream mixture over the cookies. 🍰
    Add another layer of cookies, followed by another layer of strawberry whipped cream mixture. 🍓
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of strawberry whipped cream mixture on top. 🍰
