Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
    A handful of fresh spinach leaves
    5-6 fresh strawberries
    1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
    1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)
    1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
    Rinse the spinach and strawberries.
    Blend:
    In a blender, add the avocado, spinach, strawberries, almond milk, and honey (if using).
    Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a colder drink, add the ice cubes and blend again.
    Serve:
    Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy! You can garnish it with a strawberry for presentation, as seen in the picture.
