– 1 cup powdered sugar

– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
– Mini Reese’s peanut butter cups for garnish
Directions
- Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. - In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
