1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks
5-6 fresh strawberries
1 banana
1/2 cup coconut water or regular water (optional for thinning the smoothie)
1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and cut the banana into slices.
Rinse the strawberries and remove the stems.
Cut the pineapple into chunks if using fresh. - Blend:
