1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped Snickers bars
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate ganache
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the sour cream and vanilla extract until just combined.
Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and pour the batter over the crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, drizzle the cheesecake with caramel sauce and chocolate ganache. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and additional chopped Snickers bars for garnish.
